@Jellyattack I don’t want to continue or start arguments, I agree that people should be able to choose or identity how they please, except everyone has an assigned gender at birth regardless of actual gender identity or gender expression (two different things btw) but @Digorry fan isn’t hateful of LGBTQ+, clearly they are supportive, I also agree with them, and that’s all I’ll say, listen to Reverb, drop it from thus far (I know Digorry did, so thank you)

@Digorry fan So, uhm, JKR is in fact very transphobic, her latest book under the pen name of someone who started conversion therapy (which is not good at all because LGBTQ+ people don’t need to be “fixed” or “converted back”) that talks about a transvestie (someone who cross dresses for bad things or to get away with crime) which describes a cis man going “undercover” as a woman to conduct multiple murders & crimes, because she thinks that’s what real trans people do, if that’s not transphobia right there, I don’t know what is, because of this & many tweets, I’ve separated HP books from author, I think Jellyattack was trying to say that by creating the post or voting you are perpetuating the ideas the JKR supports (only two genders, trans women/men aren’t actually trans women/men, only trying to get into other spaces) which I vehemently disagree, being a trans person myself, so if you clearly cannot see what is wrong with JKR, I’m very sorry for you, and as I said in the last post I sent (above kinda) mentioning Jellyattack, this is most likely a thought experiment about a hypothetical fictional baby, could be trans or non-binary, but the vote was most likely about assigned gender at birth.
@Jellyattack first, bold of you to assume that I voted because of hate, I personally think it’s an interesting thought experiment, but 7 is the lucky number of course, so the question is more about trends (mostly boys, so more boys to be expected) and about assigned gender at birth aka the sex of a supposed fictional baby (could be boy or girl or intersex), not necessarily sexist, but JKR’s TERF based transphobia is not like this, which could be transphobic if taken the wrong way like it seems you did, personally I agree there should be more genders, since the child could be trans or non-binary, but I think the vote is trying to ask a thought experiment about biological/assigned gender, not JKR’s transphobic ideas. And no, I’m not saying this as some cishet, I’m trans, (therefore I’m probably not transphobic) and I took it to mean assigned gender at birth.
