I'm working in a call centre & I can't stop laughing. Help me 😂
Honestly, I've always thought the HP films were good adaptations, but not actually good films. The films were only acceptable because we'd all read the books first. The Fantastic Beasts films were created in the same style, but didn't have a popular book series to support them. That's why they failed
Maybe higher education is the traditional become apprentice to a great witch/wizard, and only through this method knowledge of the most powerful magic- like horcruxes- passed down. Wizarding world goes in for a lot of tradition. I mean, what is with quills? Hasn't anyone heard of pens?
I doubt he had the mark or called himself a Death Eater. Given Voldermort's arrogance, I think it just appealed to him to mark and name his closest followers, like naming and putting a collar on a pet dog. Also, he probably thought so highly of himself that he saw the acting of making someone a Death Eater a great honour that he dolled out whenever he fancied.

Frankly I think the wizarding world has quite a blasé attitude towards mental health. Any OFSTED officer would deem Snape not fit to be in a position of responsibility with children. Not to mention, for years he applied for the Defence Against Dark Arts position, despite knowing the job was jinxed- that's self destructive behaviour right there
Books are better. I've often said the movies are good adaptations, but not good movies in themselves. Events & characters feel incidental- nothing that happens matters unless you already feel familiar with the people & events because you've read the book. I feel this is proven by Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them. That's an example of a movie made in this style without a book to preempt watching said movie. Ultimately, it's hard to care about anything or anyone in the movie.
On the other hand, one thing the movie did better than the books was building up the relationship between Harry & Ginny. In the books, that just came out of nowhere. I was just reading Half Blood Prince thinking 'Since when did Harry have a thing for Ginny?'
'Are you old enough to be teaching us potions?'

Are they your three Deathly Hallows? L, O and L?
My is a wild boar. Not sure how that happened
Actually I think in the books the HarryxGinny ship came out of nowhere. The films had a better build up to them getting together

Arthur Weasley as Muggle Studies professor. I think he could learn to control his enthusiasm for the subject & his experience of raising so many children would have prepared him for managing multiple children in a class
