This will probably get locked or deleted but before it does I want the people I talked with to know I’m leaving this forum. Here is my reason:
Thanks to everyone for the fun times.
@Sam Hermione no no it’s okay. I understand as a admin/mod you have to follow the guidelines. To be honest Im a bit upset that the post was deleted but I get it.
@Harrypotterexpert101 thank you! And I totally understand that there has to be guidelines and rules to protect minors and I agree. anotjer reason why I’m leaving is because I don’t want to violate any other guidelines and I respect you all.
I guess In a way I’m saying what I would have liked to have heard in my youth. I’m in Australia so it’s a little different for me but my relatives in the US have to go through this a lot. Kids as young as 7 are victims there. i digress, I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable (that’s the opposite of my intentions lol) but either way I think I’ll just take a little break.
Thank you @Harrypotterexpert101 for clearing it up for me. And I may see you again in the future.
@AppFroggy @Eddietheflamingo @Albusnotdumbledore thank you angels 🕊🕊 take care everyone

If you’re deleting the post, then I’m leaving. If I can’t express support for the people of my community, I don’t want to be apart of this. I respect that this isn’t a news site - it’s about Harry Potter - but if I can’t express support as a woman of colour to my fellow brothers and sisters than I don’t want to be apart of this. I didn’t swear or incite violence, I wasn’t bullying anyone or being cruel. I was showing support to my people.
Regardless of people’s takes on the matter, a man has died and a family is in mourning. Black lives matter and if I can’t remind the black users that use this forum of that then adios. I’ll go back to the forums who are paying respect to this man.
When I say thank you for the fun times, I 100% mean it. I’m not trying to be mean and I get there has to be guidelines but I would have thought my voice would have been given more support. Deleting my post on George is - to me - erasing my voice and I will go back to the forums who value what I have to say about this man.
Hello mods,
Cam locked posts still be seen by the community? I created a post about George Floyd and said that I want my black brothers and sisters to know that they matter. I understand the post was against community guidelines but I just want to make sure that other users can see my post. I can’t be the only black user in this community so it’s important that others know that they matter even when others want them to think That they don’t.
The mod who locked it was @Sam Hermione so I guess this question is for them.
@Aryan S Bhardwaj also I get the feeling I’ve upset you??? Sorry if I have! It was never my intention. I actually did like your idea.
@Aryan S Bhardwaj lol agreed. Even tho I said that before :) okay I’ll stop now sorry :/
Sorry i didn’t properly read the previous comments lol
Idk if anyone else thinks so but i think the reason why he’s bald with no nose and red eyes is so that he resembles a snake? Snakes have slits for noses which was exactly what Voldemort had
Edit: autocorrect
Can u imagine a dementor piggybacking you to Hogwarts snsjdjdj
He had his good qualities but he was cruel as well
@Aryan S Bhardwaj Sorry I couldn’t resist putting that in.
This is where opinions come in. I think jk Rowling showed a failed relationship bc relationships don’t have to be romantic. Snape and Lily could very well have dated if it weren’t for his obsession with the dark arts.
Also the title doesn’t make sense because ofc Jk Rowling is the reason why we don’t like Snape. She literally wrote him that way because she never intended for him to be Likeable. He’s a grey character he’s neither good or bad.
And yes I will watch my profanity.
Nice idea and all But....she already did show a failed relationship between Snape and Lily. We already have that.
Lily would never have gone out with Snape because it’s already established in canon that he was more skilled at dark magic than most of the seventh years. She definitely would never have dated someone like that. Besides, it makes James look like even WORSE if he bullied Snape just because of Lily. James and Snape were enemies, there was never James is the bully and Snape is the victim.
Id ship Harry with a limp piece of celery over Hinny tbh
You know who the most stupid people in the FILMS were??? EVERYONE WHO DECIDED IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO CHANGE IMPORTANT FACTS INSTEAD OF ADAPTING THE BOOKS TO FILMS AND LEAVING EVERYTHING ELSE ALONE - Regards, a salty, bitter fan of the BOOKS
I’m still bitter that he helped lead Harry into a trap in OOTP which resulted in Sirius’ death.
Thanks for your input! I like hearing your opinions.
I think it would be highly unlikely for my OC to read both Snape’s and Riddles minds given they are wayyyyy more advanced than a teenager, heh. also I’m not too sure if one is born a legilimen or if witches and wizard have the potential to be one but only a few are actually successful at becoming one which is why they aren’t too common. Either way I believe Legilimency needs to be honed ans practiced; one is not just born with the skill.
I thought about it and it may seem feasible for my oc to be both, especially if they learn Legilimency later in their Hogwarts years and have to struggle to master it. Still I can see how being both would be OP a character unnecessarily.
I’m working on an OC and I want to balance them out properly so that they’re not overpowered and are somewhat realistic in the context of Harry Potter.
They would be able to use their skill as a Metamorphmagus perfectly and would fit in with both my story and their character journey. The same can be said if they were a legilimen.
I dont know which one to choose and am wondering if it would be giving my character too much ‘power’ if I gave them both skills. If you were reading an original HP story from the point of view of a character who was both a Metamorphmagus and a legilimen, would that make you cringe?
