The thing is Snape had a bad life from the beginning while George’s life was only really bad after Fred died.
They also might not have been afraid of death like other people are when they decide to become ghosts.
I wouldn’t call them the best, but I do think the Malfoys have some character development. Especially Draco.

I just realized that Lily and James staying in hiding is kind of like quarantine. Lily and James were hiding from Voldemort. We are hiding from Covid-19. They could only see their family, we can only see our family. They didn’t know when it was going to end, we don’t know when it is going to end, but we won’t die. Rip Lily and James Potter.
