For your first question- harry had the resurrection stone and when voldemort killed him, he just ended up killing his own soul which was inside harry, but not Harry's soul.

And plus, ronmione is pretty well written and well thought of. It's better shown in the books but the movies portrayed it nicely too.

And ginny had a VERY good personality and Harry loved her because of her fiery but sweet vibe.
