Voldemort would've won the war because Draco would probably backstab Harry later. There wouldn't be any war, considering Harry, as technically an orphan, would probably begin to "relate" with Voldemort, eventually joining him. In the beginning he already had pretty much a full-on villain backstory. Plus, he never knew that Voldemort killed his parents, so they could keep it a secret.
Draco Malfoy was raised to be exactly like his father. The only reason he offered Harry friendship is because he thought Harry was a Dark Wizard, once he found out Harry wasn't who he thought him to be, he hated him, and anyone else that was on his side.
Well, when Harry was offered friendship by Draco, he wasn't a good wizard, nor a dark wizard. He had barely just found out about the wizarding world.
