He could probably use his lightsaber or the force to either deflect the spells back at Harry or just stop them in mid air.

Luke could also immobilize Harry completely and crush him to death with the force.

Or my favorite method yeet Harry into space where he would be completely frozen while suffocating in the vacuum of space.

The only real trouble Harry can give Luke is aparation but Luke could probably sense where Harry would aparate to and crush him to death
