ahhh i dont know about you but i feel like i've been bombarded with harry potter news??

alright maybe a bit of exaggeration there-

buut we got the new fantastic beast movie coming out next october

and hp reunion sometime next year!

i'm suuper excited, i feel like i haven't been as involved in harry potter but we have new stuff coming out so i can still call myself a harry potter stan :)

wdy think the movies will be like?

(some of you may know that i wrote a wolfstar fanfic in may, but i wanted to write another one since... well wolfstar!! this is written in the mauraders era)

Sirius and James were sitting under a large tree with much shade to shield them from the sun. It was an unusually hot summers day, but the pair weren't complaining. They both had a free period, and they chose to fill the time by doing absolutely nothing. A few days prior, they had finished their O.W.Ls and decided that they deserved some relaxation. Remus was still in one of his classes, but after that he had a free period that he was going to spend with Sirius and James. Peter was miraculously busy the whole day and by the time he had a free period, all three of them would have Potions together.

"Look, it's Snivellus. He looks sulky, doesn't he? He's still upset that Evans is mad at him. No wonder she is! He called her a.. you-know-what." Sirius said, smirking at the lonely Severus. His smirk was enough to tell James that he wanted to jinx him very badly.

"Mate, I'm sorry but I promised Evans I would leave him alone until next year... plus, don't you have some planning to do for asking Moony out?" Replied James.

At the mention of Remus, Sirius turned a shade of delicate pink and avoided James's gaze, stealing his snitch and fidgeting with it. "Well.. you know, I could always wait for another time... he's busy anyways and.. you know, other stuff." he muttered.

James smirked and said "Padfoot, you've been holding this off the whole year! The year is almost over, when will you get a chance after this? What happened to Gryffindor, the brave and courageous house? And you know that Moony has a thing for you. Speaking of.. his class probably just ended. He'll be coming out soon."

Sirius looked nervously at the castle and then back at James. "Already?! I haven't got a plan or anything! What will I do?? Gosh, I've never done this befo- HEY! Where are you going?"

James had gotten up. "Well, I wouldn't want to get in the way! Plus, I think I just saw Evans.. I'll take that, thank you!" He swiped the snitch out of Sirius's hands, and in a flash it was just Sirius sitting under the tree.

Sirius got up and made a rude gesture at James. As James went out of sight, he fidgeted with his hair and smoothed down his robes, pacing back and forth around the tree. A few minutes passed, and he saw Remus walking out of the castle and towards him. His heart skipped a beat and he waved nervously at Remus.

"Padfoot, what's wrong? You seem jumpy. And there's a leaf in your hair as well." Remus said, and he plucked a leaf out of Sirius's hair cheerfully. Sirius's heart sped up and he supposed that it was now or never.

"Would you wanna go out with me?!" Sirius asked a bit loudly. A second passed and Remus smiled at Sirius.

"I would love to."

He held Sirius's hand in his and together they talked at the tree for an hour before the bell rung and they bade goodbye to each other like two nervous, cute homos.

so i'm a hufflepuff and can i say in this fandom WAAAY too many people do hufflepuff wrong. also we're a lot less represented in the movies. we have, what 2 characters?

so what's you're opinion on all this hufflepuff hate?? and why do people make fun of it so much? i know one of the reasons is because they're described as "not as bright" or something, but we have a lot of traits to make up for it.

anyways, get some food and water if you haven't already :)

ps: i have two ravenclaw friends and they literally make fun of me so much because im in hufflepuff 🧍they can't stop calling it huff in puff
