Everyone in potions class.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Neville, Luna and Cho are sitting next to each other.
Everyone is talking to each other. Snape comes in and everyone hushes.
Snape: Turn to page 576 in your potions book.
Harry is flipping the pages, lost.
Cho helps Harry find page 576.
Harry: Thank you so much . . . .
Cho: Your welcome.
Snape: As you can see, On page 576, It has 50 questions. You will answer all of them.
Ginny: Sir! What are the questions on?
Snape: Antidote for Poisons.
Ron: We haven’t even learned about that!
Snape: I have indeed taught you. In your first year. You are in your fifth year. Have you already… Forgotten?
Luna raises her hand.
Snape: What do you want, Lovegood?
Luna: I just wanted to say. . . . You always seem so . . . . Unhappy. I think your head is full of. . . . Wrakspurts!
Snape: Detention, Lovegood.
Hermione: What? Sir—why would she get detention? She was just saying that you always seem unhappy. I reckon she was trying to help you!
Ron whispers something in Harry’s ear.
Ron: Blimey, I never heard Hermione speak up to a teacher like that!
Snape: Detention for you, Granger. And all of your friends for questioning me throughout this class.
Cho’s hand shoots up in the air.
Snape does not answer her.
Snape: Everyone. . . . Start . . . . . Now.
One hour later, everyone comes out of class.
Ginny: That was the worst class ever!
Hermione: I never thought I would say this—but me too!
And Ginny and hermione ran off together.
Ron: I am so tired, from that test. I better go, bye harry.
Harry: Bye.
Luna turns to Harry.
Luna: Bye, Harry. See you tomorow!
Harry: See you.
Suddenly, Snape comes out of the room.
Snape: Detention for you, Potter. Come to my room, tomorow morning.
Harry(Sadly): Got it.
Snape: Got it, sir.
Snape walks away.
The room is left with Harry and Cho.
Cho: I’m sorry, Harry. You don’t deserve that.
Harry: That’s okay, Cho.
Cho: You asked me to go to the yule ball with you last year, remember?
Harry: Yeah, I do.
Cho: And I had to go with Cedric. But now, he’s not here anymore. And—I don’t have a current boyfriend. . . . .
Harry looks at Cho, wide eyed.
Cho: I know you like me, and I do too.
Harry: Really? You mean that?
Cho: Yeah.
Cho walks up to Harry and kisses him.
After a few seconds, they spread apart.
Harry chuckles and so does Cho.
Cho: Well, Bye Harry,
Harry: Bye.
And they walk to their dorms.
