I'd say that Dumbledore is wiser in the sense that he's learned over time, gained many skills, and has more knowledge, but Hermione is smarter when talking about her thoughts and her actions

Anygays, do you guys play an instrument?

A very tiny bit of piano and ukulele, a decent amount of recorder, I'm pretty good at oboe, I started bassoon, and while I haven't played them much, I also do english horn and oboe d'amore. And I sing, but not too well :D
