“What are you doing, Oleander?” asked Felice, coming up behind her.

”Research. Creating curses and the like. You created some yourself when you were my age at Hogwarts.”

”True,” Felice said, seating herself next to Oleander.

I pity Tom Riddle Jnr, not Lord Voldemort. Tom Riddle is just a boy raised in an orphanage who was hated by Dumbledore for very little reason because Dumbledore was stuck up and didn’t realise the situation Tom was in; a lonely child who could of had a completely different life had Dumbledore and the staff taken an interest in his emotional development as well as his academic development. Lord Voldemort is simply violent, dangerous, sadistic and evil and I can feel no pity for him. As for Umbridge, I have no pity for any of her.

Resurrection plan. Voldemort needed the bone of his father to resurrect himself in GofF but it could be any blood relative and Wormtail and Voldemort chose Tom Riddle Senior out of convenience but what if it could be any blood relative. A daughter would count then. Also, the daughter could be trained into a loyal servant, maybe the most loyal of all who would give her right hand to resurrect her father, as well as maybe a vessel for his soul to posses . I think Delphini was conceived as a failsafe.

Backstory: Is the descendant of Morgana Le Fay and comes from a long line of very powerful, very dark, very mysterious and very dangerous witches and Wizards. She has six siblings: Carmen, Mortimer, Gregory, Laurel, Hyacinth and Erebus. She is the second eldest, between Carmen and Mortimer. She attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry but was the last female child of her mother, Clementine to attend. She was sorted into Slytherin and dived into the niches of the Darkest, most gruesome magic existent. She graduated when Mortimer was in his fourth year and Gregory had just started. She joined the Death Eaters shortly after. She loved using her dark magic and pushing her power to its limits, like her daughter after her. She then put her sights on having an heir and sought out the most powerful wizard around her age and settled her sights on Louis Nott of half-blood heritage as his father was a pureblood and his mother a muggle. They had one daughter together then parted ways. Felicity then became a teacher, making her way up to teaching ancient runes at CUV. She taught Oleander once she could fully attend.

Why they work at the school/why they are a Death Eater: She wants to teach the next generation of dark witches and wizards the darkest rituals you can do with runes and she has considerable bloodlust, ability with all kinds of dark magic and the thrill of a mission.

I have three OCs now, Delilah/Red, Agatha/Wren and Talulah/Iris. Agatha/Wren is not romantically attracted to anyone but has some sexual attraction and Delilah/Red and Talulah/Iris are attracted to each other for a while. Delilah/Red comes from a relatively normal family, her father Oscar was an optician and her mother Judith was an orthopaedic doctor. Agatha/Wren is of Indian descent through her mother whose great-grandma came from India as a child and both her parents were very rich. Although Agatha/Wren doesn’t really remember her parents very much, Agatha does grow up with an appreciation for the finer things in life and is very fancy, her father being from an old line of French landed Gentry and her mother being a very successful businesswoman with a chain of phone stores. Talulah/Iris comes from the poorest family. Her mother was a sales assistant at a shoe shop and her father a legal clerk at a firm. Amara fastens her cloak neatly with a plain gold pin then walks down the corridors as her black snakes rub against each other, hissing and biting and writhing on top of her head, making sure her mask was in place to stop herself from accidentally looking someone in the eyes.

Despite of or maybe because of her father’s death, her mother is very loving and very involved in her upbringing, writing to her while at school, sends her gifts and supports her.

The Weird Sisters are characters from the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare. The three Weird sisters plot the downfall of Macbeth, a highly successful Scottish General and Thane. Their names aren’t given in the play but Isla, Morag and Eileen are all traditional Scottish female names. Witch number one calls to Greymalkin which refers to a Familiar; a grey cat. Morag means greatness and the idea of a grey cat animagus for that particular Weird Sister made sense. Isla I wanted to make the troublemaker. There had to be someone in the trio willing to stir the pot so it would be the one who was always in trouble at school. Eileen is the youngest who I wanted to make the one who creates the prophecy about Macbeth, therefore Eileen is a Seer in my theory. Rowena Ravenclaw was also a Seer so I think it isn’t much of a stretch to assume Rowena took young Seers under her wing to train. Eileen was the haughty one as I wanted them to mirror the Black sisters. Morag is like Bellatrix as she is a highly effective leader and the most enamoured with the dark arts although differing in marrying a Gryffindor muggle-born. Isla is like Andromeda as the middle sibling and a rebellious spirit although differing again in that Andromeda married a muggle-born and Isla married a pureblood. Eileen mirrors Narcissa as both are haughty and ambitious although Narcissa is devoted to her family and a stickler for a stereotypical pureblood wife mould, Eileen seeks out the most powerful wizard she can find, can’t even remember his name and leaves him once she is pregnant using fertility potions for increased likelihood of conceiving. The reason why they were sorted into Slytherin is that they show cunning and resourcefulness while tricking Macbeth which in my theory, Isla has so much of, being the troublemaker, Eileen is extremely ambitious as she seeks out the most powerful wizard to convince a child with which fits a preoccupation with bloodlines and Morag wanted to be the best at her magic starting with her year then the students in the school around her O.W.Ls. She at least achieved the first by her third year, being intelligent, ambitious and talented with a definite claim to the second. All three were all hatstalls for Ravenclaw too.

After a long shower, Lilith walked to the training ring to see Lorelei. “Do you mind if I train with you?” she asks quietly, getting out her wand. She has a more natural gift for wandless magic, especially death magic but Thanatos had insisted after learning his daughter was the daughter of a half-blood witch as well as the God of Death that she learn to use a wand. He had fashioned a wand himself made of ash and a banshee voicebox tendon. It was flexible, 13 1/4 inches and with a spiral of runes inscribed upon its length. For a creator of darkness, death and destruction.

Lilith saw Eris and Leo training with a practice dummy throwing daggers. Lilith ties up her hair in a ponytail and walks over to join them, picking up a dagger to throw as she does.

Lilith Caitlin Desdemona Margaret Edmunds walked away from the training field, wiping her brow, panting after her practice lesson with Thanatos, driving her soul vortex into a training dummy and keeping the vortex small so it wouldn’t spiral out of control as it did when she was thirteen. She was ready for a wash with cold water and soap, clean robes and a plate of steaming chicken stew.
