Luna Lovegood (Schizotypal)

Luna is characterized by odd and eccentric thought patterns. She experiences the world differently than those around her, leading to a pattern of inward peculiarities and strange perceptions. Her unusual beliefs and idiosyncratic way of relating to others have made it difficult for her to form friendships outside of her immediate family. The solitude has exacerbated her symptoms, causing her to turn inwards to a world of illusory perceptions where she experiences extrasensory phenomena and sees spurious connections between unrelated phenomena. Her tendency to indulge in illusory thinking should be attributed to a partially heritable disposition towards excessive neurological fluidity, leading to a structurally compromised cognition with diffuse motivations and aims. Luna appears to have stabilized in a non-critical state, but with her persistently odd behavior and lack of social support, she should be considered at risk of developing the comorbid symptoms of paranoia and/or severe anxiety if her condition deteriorates.
