Cass flinches, dropping her pen, looking up and seeing Jason. She sighs slightly but doesn't show it, she reads his uncomfortable expression and zips open her bag, pulling out Jason's notes and handing it over to him, "There.. I'm pretty sure thats what you came for anyway," she said, her voice monotone and expression unreadable
Cass smiles to herself, singing a bit more loudly, not aware that Jason was nearby. She looked up to look at the sunset, the light reflecting off of her face and beautiful features, her hair tinted a dark orange and red and blonde, her blue eyes still sparkling like a clear lake against the light, making her look prettier than she usually was.
Cass continued to look out at the sunset, taking a deep breath and slowly exhaling, singing a soft melody to herself as she turned back to continue writing her Charms notes, reading from the textbook, singing a bit and noting it down, the wind blowing her golden blonde hair and her eyes gleaming in the beautiful light
Cass finished up Herbology and closed up her notebooks, packing them into her bag and just sat there for a few moments, leaning against the tree, just enjoying the sunset with a small smile on her face, just some peace and quiet and a good getaway from everything.
Cass as always, was bunking class, genuinley wondering how she would pass any subject without Jason's updated notes. She sighed, rubbing her temples but going back to writing notes, her fingers racing across the page, her wrist ached but she couldn't stop, she had to at least finish this. The right way.
After Cass finished her book, she took out her notepad and textbooks from her bag, realising she had one of Jason’s notes but left it in her bag. She placed everything in a tabled manner and took out er pen, starting to solve equations and make notes on almost all the subjects she could think of
Cass eventually forgot everything going on with Jason after a while of reading, completely involved in the book, the sun was slowly setting as she continued to read for hours
Cass walks out to the corridors, crossing the dance room, looking at Jason for a second before diverting her attention to the courtyard, heading there and put her bag down, settling under a tree and pulled out a book. She brought her knees up close to her chest and wrapped her arms around them as she tilted her head to read, using her bag as a pillow sort of
"I think i should.. i should just take a bit of time on my own now but.. you really did help Julian.. thank you.." Cass whispered, offering him a small smile and squeezed his hand gently before swinging her bag on her shoulder and walking out of the common room
"Im sorry if i was.. a little too much to handle a while back.." Cass apologised, tucking her air behind her ears and rubbing her eyes, trying to shake the thought of Jason out of her head
Cass sighed, finally pulling away from Julian slowly, "Thank you, Julian... I really needed that.." She said softly, meeting his eyes with her blurry red ones
Cass's head spun around so much she closed her eyes, trying to dilute everything away, just leaning against Julian for support, her ands still in her lap as she calmed down, just listening to her own heartbeat and Julian's soft humming.
@Noahlikeshelluverse Spaawnnnnnn brruuuvv))
Cass shook her head slowly, "T-this is.. all.. my.. fault.." she said, and all she could muster up before she went breathless, her breathing slowed down to a simpler pattern as she leaned against Julian
Cass choked on her words, the tears smudging all over her face, "No.. Now I've r-ruined everything b-between us a-and he h-hates me.." she mumbled, burying her face into is shoulder, trembling a little less now
"I.. i dont know what's wrong with me.." Cass sputtered, leaning against Julian instinctively, her arms shaking, "I-I broke up with him.." she finally said, her voice hitched with her fast paced breathing and anxiousness
"No.. no of course im not.." Cass called out, tears streaming down her face as her legs shook violently, her heart racing and mind speeding with alternative thoughts
"Jas- I dont, you know that.. Forget it.. if thats what you want.." Cass mumbled, racing out of the studio as fast as possible, the tears spilling from her eyes as she barely made it to the Slytherin common room, collapsing onto the couch, burying her head into her hands, crying for everything that had happend, not keeping track of time
Cass's eyes flicked up to Jason's her breath hitching in her throat, "Just because we're not together anymore doesn't mean we can't still be friends.." she said softly, her voice losing it's complete stability, her fingers trembling against each other as they twisted against one another
Why and how does Noah just dissappear so nonchalantly 💀))
Cass's hands went limp at her side as she took a deep breath, her eyes still glued to her fingers, "I just think.. we just need to take a break.. its better for the both of us.." she said, her voice soft and vulnerable, yet still somehow with confidence and sterness. That were both wavering by the second.
