The Cerulean Society is a group of highly notorious wizards and witches. While they are criminals, they are not classified as dark wizards by the ministry due to their non-usage of dark magic. Their base is known to be an abandoned, luxurious Muggle hotel. The reason the ministry have not apprehended these delinquents is because they are highly trained in magic and have even created new spells to protect themselves. The Ceruleanians mainly rob wizarding houses to make money from the black market, and occasionally murder people they dislike.

Rules:

- If you're a Ceruleanian you are able to leave to be a citizen, but you must be obliviated by Cerulean. If you are a Ceruleanian and want to be a traitor and go to the ministry, you will be killed

- Citizens and Ministry members can go to be Ceruleanians

- Be nice to everyone else

- Have fun!

- The codename only applies to Ceruleanians; your codename MUST be a shade of blue, although if the shade includes the word blue, you needn't add it. E.g. baby (blue) <- don't add the blue.

- All citizens must be a wizard or witch

- There can be different roles inside the Society as well
