So my curse is called fulgur nervus tempestatis
Called the storm nerve curse which basically fries your nerves system but unlike the Cruciatus Curse it does not snap your mind rather it snaps your bones

What is your animal form is an extinct animal is it a mundane animal or perhaps a mythical creature
My animal form is mythical creature know for causing storms with a purplish redish black and ruby red talons/ claws with onyx and a amethyst outline with a scar on the mouth and a bluish purplish golden eyes (the eye color ) since @Luuyuu figured out animagus form I can tell you all it's a thunder bird
