Hello again! Happy New Year, although it's a little late. This time, adding depth to my OC, I will show you his half-sister. Like Angelo himself, she is based on a real-life person but only in essence. Without going any further, although Angelo's intention is to be a self-insert of mine, many things about him are purposefully opposed to me. It is the same with this character.

Name: Valeria Marcelina "Marce" Aznar.

Backstory: Valeria was born on September 12, 1981 in Valencia, Spain, being Angelo's half-sister as they share the same father, Miguel. Although at first the relationship between the two was uncomfortable, as the years went by they began to care about each other until they behaved like brothers and best friends. Valeria, shortly after turning eleven years old, and who by then had already exercised raw levitation magic, accompanied Angelo at Hogwarts inside Gryffindor House.

Appearance: Valeria is a young, medium-sized girl, with a medium complexion and dark olive skin like caramel, inherited from her mother and father. She has really dark eyes and a long black pony that she usually braids herself or with the help of Angelo.

Personality: Valeria is kind, sweet and enthusiastic, which contrasts with the more surly behavior of her half-brother. She does not usually sit still for long, preferring active and energetic pastimes, although there are days when she is truly slothful. She has a special taste for drawing and illustrations, the latter leads her to spend time looking at Angelo's books that feature them. Although mostly docile and peaceful, she is quite overprotective of her friends, especially if they are harassed by bullies, which often gets her into trouble that she has a hard time getting out of. She feels a deep appreciation and affection for Angelo, and according to her, he is a good friend even though he is "a little boring and grumpy."

Trivia:

Valeria is nicknamed "Marce" for her middle name, which is the one she likes the most and prefers to use formally.

Slightly related to this, her favorite planet is Mars (see the meaning of the name Marcelina).

She is an ENFP.

She still hasn't gotten over her fear of House Elves, Angelo for his part just dislikes them; he's more afraid of death itself, that is, necrophobia.

I decided to share an OC that is at the same time a kind of Self-Insert, although it is not totally me, only in the essence of its being. I tried to attach pictures so you guys have an idea of what or how Angelo is like.

Backstory: Angelo was born on December 24, 1980 in Valencia, Spain, to two Muggle parents. His childhood was mostly normal until the magical gene inherited from his father's ancestors began to surface. From there, Angelo exercised somewhat crude and inexperienced magic in moments of many emotions, especially frustration. At the age of 11, his Hogwarts letter arrived, to the surprise of his parents, where he would end up in Gryffindor house.

Appearance: Angelo is a young boy of notable height and slender figure, light-skinned and with wavy jet-black hair, some strands of his bangs reaching his eyebrows. His eyes are a very dark brown that on the surface would appear black.

Personality: Angelo is initially quiet, shy and reserved, although with enough confidence he can become quite talkative and joking. From a young age he showed some difficulty in making friends, describing it as a shame he felt when talking to new people, which ended in him never being popular anywhere. He has a special taste for fantastic literature, such as The Lord of the Rings, his favorite saga, which in part helped him develop an exceptional reading comprehension, something that greatly helped him in his academic development. Despite his somewhat asocial nature, he does not hesitate to help his friends however he can, especially if it is a problem with someone, which once led him to almost break his nose. Angelo believes that people exaggerate their problems, but in a somewhat hypocritical way, he tends to overthink things in his life a lot.

Trivia: His father Miguel is a Muggle, who is descended from a distant Squib who is also a descendant of Wizards from South America.

The initials of his name form a triple A.

Sometimes he imagines that he will become like the character Gandalf, an old man with a long beard and a pointed hat.

His favorite color is navy blue.

His favorite food is matambre (search if necessary).

In addition to fantasy literature, he has a liking for biology and zoology, although he does not see himself studying to be a magizoologist very soon.

If you asked him what he wants to be when he finishes his studies, he would probably lie to you because he himself is not sure.

Why do you think the Elves (or House-Elves, but I believe it's the same) didn't just rebel against their masters? They are powerful humanoids to say the least, they use silent and wandless magic... Why would they listen to their human masters, who have difficulty with that?

I don't think Rowling ever really answered this question, which opens the door to theories.
