I sneered at Draco “what do you want?”
“Wow, I can really push your buttons can’t I?” he smirked playfully
I rolled my eyes “Can’t you be at least more original?”
“And why would I want to do that?” he said teasingly
Right as I was about to answer, my eyes opened. It had only been a dream I thought. I touched my nose, and discovered that it was a little tender from having fallen asleep while reading. I was a little sad that I had woken up from my dream. I had just been about to hang out with Hermione, but now I wouldn’t be able to. “Oh well, at least Draco can’t bother me anymore” I whispered into the dark before falling back asleep.
When I woke up in the morning, I was frustrated and tired. For some reason, all the parts of my dreams were intruded by Draco and his smirk. The only one I remember clearly is where I was with Hermione in the library, sitting at a table with a stack of books, and he just appeared out of thin air, almost as if he had been using obscuro. Without realizing it, I let out a groan of unbelief and frustration, which only made his smirk grow wider.
“Whyyyy me? Of all people to stalk, whyyyy choose me?” I groaned into the table
Draco gave an amused look “This is exactly why, it entertains me to see your annoyance”
I smirked as an idea came into my mind, hopefully it would work and Draco would leave me alone
“What’s so funny?’ Draco asked while matching my smirk.
“Oh nothing at al-” I was cut off by Harry entering and I instantly smiled
Harry walks over and takes my hand “Hey!” he smiles at me and I instantly blush, especially at the fact that we were holding hands.
“Oh look Pottah, you’ve got yourself a girlfriend” Draco says sarcastically with a hint of humor… but, I can sense the jealousy in his tone.
Harry shakes his head “you little-” but before he gets to finish his sentence, I motion for him to stop and whisper something in his ear, he smiles and nods.
“Oh yeah, terribly funny, really witty, Malfoy” I fire back smirking, but in 1 second my smirk disappears as I see Draco smirking
“There’s still hope for you yet, Davis” Draco flashed a movie star worthy smile, and I felt blood rush to my cheeks…. And that’s when I woke up
Could I feel myself falling for Draco? Yes, yes I could… but it'd take a while and a bit of persuading on his end… which would be easy for him if he stayed in my head. It seems he may have the upper hand… rats.
