People will probably say Slytherin, cause of evilness, which might be true in the wizarding word, but-
Gryffindor is the most hated house, simply because Harry Potter was in it. Everybody dislikes Gryffindor, because it was the main characters house, and people don't want for others to see them as ones who want to be in Gryffindor because of Harry.
