I think:
-Harry would still be good friends with Ron, but he would have some other friends in Slytherin
-They would still go out to duel with Draco, who is bullying Harry by putting toads in his bed, and jinxing his stuff
-Hermione overhears them, and meets them outside the trophy room with Neville because she thinks its too dangerous, and the entire year level will be punished
-They encounter the dog
-Draco continues bullying Harry, and Harry's Slytherin friends hate him
-Harry, Ron, and Hermione are still close friends, but they only meet up occasionally.
-Harry hangs out with Ron and his Gryffindor friends becuase Slytherin all ignores him or treats him like scum
-Hermione has her own Ravenclaw friends, and Harry learns to be more cunning and tricksy and smart, and less strong and brave
-Hermione is brave and helps them, but more from an intelligent, deductive, and studious perspective.
-Harry and Ron go and help Hermione with the troll still, but becuase her Ravenclaw friends say she is missing
-They are all still friends
-Slughorn never told Tom about the Horcruxes, but Tom never gave up the obession with trying to live forever
-Tom went into hiding after he was weakened at Godric's Hollow, but he survived, even though he nearly died
-He was permanently disfigured, hence his squashed nose
-He hid, and regenerated, and grew in strength and power, and lived longer and stronger becuase he gathered all his power
-Snape and Lily were good friends, even during Hogwarts
-James loved Lily, but instead of bullying James, he was courteous, and they let Lily choose who she wanted to love
-Lily chose James, but Snape was their good friend
-During Harry's time at Hogwarts, Snape was nasty towards him becuase he was still bitter about how he survived and his best friends, Lily and James, died
-Snape secretly helped Harry and imroved his grades as a tribute to James and Lily, but Harry always thought Snape was bad, becuase Snape was always bitter and could never look Harry in the eye
-Snape was just bad becuase he was so bitter, and wished James and Lily had survived, and Harry had died instead, becuase it was Harry's fault that Voldemort had attacked them
-Everything plays out mostly as normal, except Snape's just really bitter, and the golden trio are still friends, though maybe not so close
-Snape's memories are about his friendship with James and Lily, and how he was once part of the maurauder's map
-Snape appeared at the house, but instead of threatening to kill Lupin, he was bitter and angry that the maurauders wern't there for James and Lily
Animagus is more powerful and rare, but it is an acquired talent. If I don't succeed, I would be a psycho muggleborn, and be crazy, slightly scary, and love adventures both in books, and in real life.
I think the book version portrays the dementors as an ominous, evil, magical presence, whereas the movies portray them as scary ghost-like monsters
