Mei was pacing the halls, staring at the ceiling and muttering to herself. In her hand, she was folding and unfolding a pocket knife.

Garnet was studying for an exam, despite the lessons being full of dark arts she didn't want to practice. But she had to keep up an act. "Imperio" she whispered at the bug in front of her.
