In playing Quidditch Champions, each pitch has a commentator from the films/books. Burrows has Fred and George (who also partly commentates the Forbidden Forrest alongside Hagrid. Lee Jordon, of course, commentates the Hogwarts pitch. All of these characters, being the obvious with Fred and George, are the funny guys in the series.

Rita Skeeter COULD be seen as funny in a certain angle, but she also turns into a beetle. She is probably more Shakespearean comical.

All of these have me thinking that Ilvermorny's Eula Puente, Durmstrang's Áillun Wärnach, and Beauxbaton's Tufitran d'Aubert are also equally comical.

In extension to this, in the book version of 'Goblet of Fire' , and absent from the film adaptation; Ludovic Bagman, has a lot of moments with Fred and George commentating and bidding as well.

The Ilvermorny Castle page is indeed aesthetically pleasing without other images, that is true, and the only solid image we have of the castle is what is in the trailer back in 2016. I did notice the map image in one related page and the Quidditch Pitch being on another page (though not in the Ilvermorny Template box). The reason I bring up the game and the trailer and all is that, even thou the trailer for the essays shows a greater depiction of the castle, there are in fact three takes already that people should be aware of.

The map shows one take and WB change it in the trailer. Even though the trailer has a good depiction, we might not even see that depiction in any hopeful media. The Quidditch game also has a depiction, not in our face depiction, but it is in that game (wish I could see it more clearly, it is my dream to see that school in anything).

The point being is that people should be aware of the many looks of the castle and should be easy to find as well. The map depiction is in the Behind the Scenes section of the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry page. The Quidditch pitch itself in on another group page of Ilvermorny Places (thou not in the template box).

But I do see the map depiction in the school page... castle link.... this is kind of a pointless rant. Just be aware that we should accept all alterations of these schools and show them and any one of them or none could be the finalized take.

What is interesting to me about this book is that, to me, it can exist in the fictional Wizard World and essays in our own world. These are essays written by JK Rowling to give us some information about the country's history to connect and prepare us for the films. This is where it gets a bit of a blur in the context of fictional and reality.The films can be seen as "Documents" as this is how Newt refers to them (Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2017 version) and that more animals would be revealed the more these documents are publicly shown.

The fact the films are documents with the essays to prepare us for them, I think that "Magic in North America" is in fact a book that exists in the fictional world. JK herself said that she does exist in some manor in her world as well and, I think, she wrote the in-universe take on the Harry Potter books we read (which would also be authored by Rita Skeeter). With this furthermore showing JK Rowling (as a character) wrote a book called Magic in North America and we got simply excerpts from it.

"The History of" is simply the narrative's documentation view on the book like "Get ready to know the history of magic in North America" and simply that.

So in some ways it is, presumably a textbook as well in Ilvermorny.

Technically Johannes Jonkers was not simply a no-maj born wizard. There is a reason to why JK Rowling might have used both No-Maj and Muggle, even though they mean the same thing synonymously. What was written was that he had a No-Maj father and Muggle-born,so Johannes had an American father, who went to Europe (for whatever reason), and met a woman and Johannes was born there (muggle/UK born). He then went to the United States to become a wandmaker.

However, this does not mean, or indicate, if he went to Hogwarts and moved to America or he was young and went to America (where his father was) and became a student at Ilvermorny.

If he went to Hogwarts and became a wandmaker in the United States then he would be British who wanted to know American wandmaking. If he went to Ilvermorny at a young age... he is American. But he could be American wandmaker simply based on the fact he was a wandmaker in America. —
