Appearance: Short back slightly curly hair with long-ish messy curly fringe, that falls over his dark blue eyes, olive skin, 5.4 ft (165cm). Chinese. Also doesn't have an accent, he's British. He looks almost identical to his twin sister.
Personality: He's smarter and more logical than Lola. But he's just as loyal and caring as her, even though he's less brave. He normally takes time to analyse situations before coming up with a plan. Louis is quite calm and rarely panics or overreacts. He's quite powerful in a quiet kid sort of way. The more responsible twin.
Backstory: His parents are muggles Joined Hogwarts at age 11, his twin sister, Lola, ran away to Camp Half-Blood. After that, Dumbledore told him to tell everyone that his sister died on a camping trip, even though he hates lying, thats what he told everyone. He still misses his sister sometimes. He has a Little Owl called Athena.
Powers/abilities: He can glow, but only faintly. He can also heal, but not very well. He has excellent aim and he is extremely smart. He shapeshifts in his sleep and can't control it.
