ohh yeah diagon alley- it’s been a while since i read the books
it's extremely likely. ive had a few b****y teachers on my life, and that meant that i didn't learn as much in their class, and i got worse grades. the next year, taking those same classes, i did better because i didn't have the same bad teacher. neville's fear of snape made him less successful in potions class.
i suppose he might've been used to the idea of magic by then, after meeting hagrid and going to the street with all the shops on that i'm forgetting the name of, but i think you're right :P
happy birthday, draco! (he's way older than i thought lol)
definitely <3 i know that his backstory doesn't fully justify his cruelness towards harry in the first six books, but he's an incredibly brave and selfless character as well, if you can get past that.
i'm not planning on watching it, but i suppose i'm still a bit excited about it.
i definitely think that dudley and petunia had pretty small moments of redemption, but i do think it would be fun to see them have a bigger redemption arc. i could also see vernon then following their lead and not having much of a redemption himself, but he'll agree with them and possibly gave harry a hug or something, and that'll show that he's grown as a person.
