Luke Thallon est un acteur et comédien britannique qui interprète Quirinus Quirrell dans la série télévisée Harry Potter.
Biographie[]
Luke Thallon est né le 14 avril 1996[1] à West Byfleet, dans le Surrey. Il est d’origine polonaise par son père et d'origine allemande et irlandaise par sa mère.[2] Avant de devenir acteur, il voulait à l’origine être dentiste.[3]
En 2016, Luke Thallon remporte la bourse Laurence Oliver et, l'année suivante, il reçoit le prix Michael Bryant et est diplômé de la Guildhall School of Music and Drama.[4] En 2017, il a été nominé pour le prix du talent émergent aux Evening Standard Theatre Awards pour sa performance dans l'Albion de Mike Bartlett.[2] En 2021, il remporte le Clarence Derwent Award pour sa performance dans Leopoldstadt de Tom Stoppard.[5] Plus tard cette année-là, il joue dans Camp Siegfried de Bess Wohl.[6] Luke Thallon fait ses débuts à la Royal Shakespeare Company en 2025, interprétant le rôle-titre dans la production de Hamlet de Rupert Goold.[7]
Le 14 avril 2025, il est annoncé qu'il interprétera Quirinus Quirrell dans la série Harry Potter.[8]
