100% Feather Floss was a healing potion that was used to treat damaged magical bird feathers. It could be used on Augureys, Diricawls, Fwoopers and Golden Snidgets. Four to five drops were to be applied to the bird's feathers to loosen knots and sticking. It was for external use only. The Magizoologist Newton Scamander kept this potion for use on his pet magical birds.[1]
