- 1631: The Ministry of Magic bans all magical beings other than wizards and witches from carrying a wand.[1]
- 1631: The thirty-third Wizarding Schools Potions Championship is held.[2]
- 1635: The Académie française des sorciers is founded.[3]
- 1637: The Werewolf Code of Conduct is developed, in hopes that werewolves sign it. Unsurprisingly, none was willing to show up at the Ministry and admit to being a werewolf.[4][5]
- 1638: The thirty-fourth Wizarding Schools Potions Championship is held.[2]
