The 1986 Quidditch World Cup was an international Quidditch sporting event occurring in 1986. It was the 420th edition of the World Cup.[1][2]
History[]
The American team qualified for this World Cup. Its Seeker and Captain was Maximus Brankovitch III.[3]
Alistair Fidgen was told that the Golden Snitch in his possession, that he later gifted to Jacob's sibling, was originally caught by Maximus Brankovitch III in this World Cup.[4]
