• 1997: Ronald Weasley became increasingly irritable (partly due to his possession of Slytherin's Locket) and around this time left Harry and Hermione to search for Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes on their own.
• 1999: A Quidditch match between the Ballycastle Bats and Caerphilly Catapults was scheduled to this day on the Ellis Moor Quidditch Stadium, but had to be relocated as Muggles are spotted camping nearby.
