Agabus Philbert was a Scottish wizard who lived in the late 19th century in Hogsmeade.[1]
Biography[]
Agabus Philbert lived in Hogsmeade in the late 19th century with his wife Dulcibella. Before her death, she wrote him a book of poetry, that he had plated in gold. He intended to gift her the plated book before her birthday, but was unable to do so as she died before then.[1]
Agabus vocally spoke out against the Rookwood Gang, having grown tired of them terrorising the villagers of Hogsmeade. In response, Theophilus Harlow raided his house and froze him, taking the poetry book with him.[1]
His friends, the Bickle family, hoped he would come forward and report the gang to Magical Law Enforcement Officer Ruth Singer, but fearing for his life, he refused.[1]
Physical description[]
Agabus had short brown hair with bushy eyebrows and a moustache, light skin, and brown eyes, along with glasses.[1]
