This heavily-redacted memo was written by Albert Sallow and contained information on charms and incantations.[1]
History[]
During the Calamity in the late 2010s and early 2020s, Albert Sallow ran into a Calamity Investigator working for the Statute of Secrecy Task Force in a crowded Diagon Alley and covertly slipped them this memo. Although the document was highly redacted, the investigator found what was visible useful, if a little dangerous, using it to enable them to cast the Greenhouse Charm more times in quick succession.[1]
