Alchemy, Ancient Art and Science is a book about alchemy by Argo Pyrites.[1]
Behind the scenes
- This book is mentioned only on a page from an early draft of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone which J. K. Rowling posted on her website. On the page, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger are discussing the Philosopher's Stone, and Hermione says that she read about how Nicolas Flamel made it in Argo Pyrites's book.[1]
