Anna Maxwell Martin is a English actor who voices Rita Skeeter in Harry Potter: The Full-Cast Audio Editions. She had attended the University of Liverpool and London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She had won two awards at the British Television Awards.[2][3][4]
