The Antidote to Uncommon Poisons is a potion that cures minor magical or uncommon poisons such as Doxy bites, which are highly venomous. The ingredients required are fire seeds, graphorn horn, billywig stings and chizpurfle carapaces.[1]
History
Third year students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry were taught to brew this in December of 1993; they were required to collect the ingredients for homework and mix them together in the following lesson. This was the only thing that marred the third years' Christmas spirits.[1]
Behind the scenes
- This is likely just a typo of the Antidote to Common Poisons, as it appears nowhere else, but the Antidote to Common Poisons is very common in other media.
Appearances
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (video game) (First appearance) (Console versions)
