Antonio was a Chupacabra formerly kept as a pet by Gellert Grindelwald in 1927. During Grindelwald's escape, he was thrown out the window by his own master, who claimed the beast to be "too needy."[1]
Biography
During Grindelwald's escape, Antonio was released on Rudolph Spielman, the Head of Incarceration transporting Grindelwald. He bit into the wizard's neck, drawing blood, but the bite did not appear to be fatal. After Grindelwald had eliminated all the aurors, he picked up Antonio and 'hugged him.' Antonio gave a little playful snap, not trying to harm Grindelwald. Grindelwald looked at him and said "So needy", throwing Antonio out the flying carriage's window.[1]
