Ollivander and Fleur Delacour on Fleur's wand[src]

The mother of Apolline Delacour was a Veela. Her daughter, a half-Veela, married Monsieur Delacour, a wizard, and had two daughters; Fleur and Gabrielle. When it came time for Fleur to have her first wand, she donated one of her hairs to serve as its core.[1]
