- "…there’s only one breeder of Appaloosa Puffskeins in the world and he lives in New York…"
- — Newt Scamander to Tina Goldstein in 1926[src]
Appaloosa Puffskeins were a breed of Puffskein illegally bred by only one breeder in the world, working in New York until 1925.[5]
History[]
Newt Scamander lied when he explained to the British Envoy to the International Confederation[6] and Tina Goldstein that he went to New York in 1926 to buy one as a birthday present[7] since he was actually in America to free a trafficked Thunderbird.
