Appaloosa Puffskeins were a breed of Puffskein illegally bred by only one breeder in the world, working in New York until 1925.[4]
History
Newt Scamander lied when he explained to the British Envoy to the International Confederation[5] and Tina Goldstein that he went to New York in 1926 to buy one as a birthday present[6] since he was actually in America to free a trafficked Thunderbird.
