This tea shop was a wizarding business owned by Badeea Ali's uncle in Diagon Alley.

Upon graduating from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Badeea Ali secured a job at her uncle's tea shop while maintaining her painting hobby on the side.[1]
