Barfreston (alternatively spelt Barfreston, or Barfreystone) is a small village in East Kent, in England, located between the villages of Shepherdswell, Eythorne and Nonington, and close to the pit villages of Elvington and Snowdown.[1]

From 1789, Barfreston was the site where Professor Perry's Piscatorial Polish was produced.[2]
