This wizard was the father of Beatrix Bloxam.[1]
Biography[]
He placed a Sticking Charm on his daughter's bedroom door at night, to keep her from sleepwalking around the house after she suffered a traumatic episode. In her diary, Beatrix referred to him as "dear papa", and stated that he had only locked her in her room out of genuine concern for her safety.[1]
