The Beaver Moon was the full moon occurring at a time of the year corresponding to November in the lunar calendar system employed by the Algonquian peoples of Great Lakes and New England regions.[1]

Ebbingdales Wonders for Wizards, a wizarding department store in New York, advertised that it had extended hours on the day of the Beaver Moon (as well as the Wolf Moon and Hunter's Moon).[2]
