Bertram was an owl who lived in the Hogsmeade Post Office during the 1890s. At some point during the 1890–1891 school year, the post office owner, Lottie Featherbottom, said that Bertram would have attacked the Dark wizard Theophilus Harlow if he had ever laid a finger on him.[2]
