"This is a child's drawing. See the flowers? And an arrow, pointing to something scary with big teeth!"
Mathilda Grimblehawk and her partner find the drawing[src]

Bethany Harrison drew a picture of fairies floating around in a forest scene, with a scary hag with big teeth in the foreground.[1]

After reports that Muggle construction workers had been attacked by "creatures they couldn't see" reached the Ministry of Magic, Mathilda Grimblehawk and her partner went to the construction site to investigate. They found this drawing, and asked Bethany Harrison, the foreman's daughter, what it was meant to depict; the young girl pointed them to a "hag" who lived in a cottage in the forest.[1]
