Blagging was a common Quidditch foul that consisted of grabbing the broomstick tail of a player from the opposing team in order to delay or thwart them. This foul could be committed by all players. It happened, along with the other six-hundred and ninety-nine fouls in the 1473 Quidditch World Cup.
Draco Malfoy may have committed this foul when he grabbed Harry Potter's Firebolt broomstick in a match in 1994. Madam Hooch did call the foul.[1]
