- "It seems there was some rather unusual kind of poison in that snake's fangs that keeps wounds open. They're sure they'll find an antidote, though; they say they've had much worse cases than mine, and in the meantime I just have to keep taking a Blood-Replenishing Potion every hour."
- — Arthur Weasley's taking of this potion[src]
The Blood-Replenishing Potion was a healing potion that replenished blood lost from injuries or other means.[1]
History[]
During his stay at St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries in December 1995, Arthur Weasley was required to drink the potion every hour after he was bitten by Nagini, while guarding the Hall of Prophecy, at least until an antidote for Nagini's venom was found.[1]
