A Boisterous Biscuit Sandy was a type of biscuit made and served at Hogwarts during the 2011–2012 school year, especially for the students from Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and Mahoutokoro who visited for the Intercontinental Wizard's Cup.[1]
