This wand belonged to Mrs Boot, mother of the Boot brothers who founded Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It had a unicorn hair core.[1]
History[]
She took it with her when she travelled to North America along with her family in the early 1600s. When they got attacked by a Hidebehind, Mrs Boot was killed and her wand was destroyed beyond repair, making it impossible for her children to inherit it.[1]
