Borklump was a male Mooncalf and one of the many creatures that Rubeus Hagrid cared for at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[1]
Biography[]
Born at some point before the 2010s, he was either born in or eventually came into Hagrid's care at Hogwarts.[1]
During Archibald Eagleton's Field Studies class during the 2010s, Borklump went missing and Eagleton decided to make it the final exam for his students. Along with Professor Luna Scamander, a Muggle-born student and their friends went to rescue Borklump.[1]
The group discovered that Borklump had been captured by Acromantulas who wanted to eat the Mooncalf. After fending off the Acromantulas, Professor Scamander announced that the students had passed the test and told Robyn Thistlethwaite and Kevin Farrell to bring Borklump back to Hagrid, as she believed another creature was in danger and wanted to rescue it.[1]
Physical description[]
Borklump was a Mooncalf, and as such was covered in steel-grey fur with white accents. He had large blue eyes and his feet were slightly brown.[1]
