- "They healed me with Brachio Emendum, so I just have to stay here whilst everything settles."
- — Andre Egwu[src]
Brachio Emendum was the incantation of a Healing spell which could be used to fix broken bones.[1]
Effect[]
The spell instantly fixed the broken bones of whomever it was cast on, although the patient still had to wait in order for the bones to set properly.[1]
History[]
After his fall during the first round of The Sorcerer's Olympiad, Andre Egwu was brought to the Hospital Wing, where someone used this spell on him.[1]
Known practitioners[]
Madam Pomfrey (Most likely)
Behind the scenes[]
- This spell appears to be the spell that Gilderoy Lockhart was attempting to cast on Harry Potter in the 1992–1993 school year. It is unknown if he mistook this spell for another one, or if he misspoke when casting this spell, causing Harry's bones to vanish.
