Bubblegum is a type of chewing gum designed to allow one to blow a bubble out of their mouth.[1]
History[]
One wizarding brand of bubblegum was Drooble's Best Blowing Gum, which allowed the chewer to blow bluebell-coloured bubbles that would not pop for days.[2] According to Cuthbert Binns, bubblegum was in fact a magical substance, much to the ignorance of Muggles who consumed it heavily.[3] Bubblegum was also an available flavour of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans.[4] Babbling Beverage was said to smell like bubblegum.[5]
During the 1984-1985 Hallowe'en feast, goblets of multicoloured bubblegum was amongst the sweets available at the feast.[6]
